Fried shrimp cooked with oranges

Ingredients:

2 garlic cloves
250g of pelled shrimp
2 medium sized oranges
Piri-piri
Salt
Pepper

Confection:

Fry the shrimps in garlic and when it is golden, add the orange sauce to give it that extra taste.

Cattlefish with clams

Ingredients:

500g of cattlefish
300g of clams
4 garlic cloves
1 dl of olive oil
4 cubes of lemon
Half a leaf of bay leaf
Piri-piri (to your liking)

Confection:

Cook the cattlefish for 45 minutes. After, take it off the heat, clean and let ir cool. Fry in olive oil, garlic and bay leaf, and then add the piri piri and lemon juice.
When the cattlefish is nearly fried, add the clams and serve hot.

 

Spaghetti with prawns and clams

Ingredients:

250g of spaghetti
150g of clams
11 medium sized prawns
Half an onion
Olive oil, brandy, bay leaf, coriander, piri piri and salt (to your liking)

Confection:

Cook the spaghetti in plenty of water, adding salt (al dente).
Fry the prawns in olive oil, garlic, piri piri and bay leaf, the add the onions half way tthrough. When the prawns are nearly cooked, wash the prawns with brandy and aromatise with the coriander, add the clams so that hey open.
Finally add the spaghetti and mix everything toghether. Perfume the meal with a bit more coriander and serve.
